In sight Global is looking for someone who can follow company and industry safety regulations, as well as a tightly controlled sequence of functions and equipment programming functions. Must be able to communicate effectively with other machinists and supervisors, as well as attend regular training sessions for updates on equipment use. Act as a Cell Lead coordinating day to day activity and provide training to team members on relevant industry processes and equipment operations safety. Must be self-sufficient and work well with minimal supervision and must be able to detect and correct program errors in a timely fashion. Can properly and safely load and unload castings and raw materials in molds and tools, as well as change out tools as required. Must have experience calibrating calipers and micrometers.
