This position is responsible for coordinating customer requirements and facilitating inquiries, quotes, purchase orders, and customer service account information.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years in the AEROSPACE/DEFENSE INDUSTRY; experience in Customer Service required.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • Experience at completing transactions for price verification, researching part numbers, evaluating lead times, and similar transactions to address customer needs
  • Review and address customer-aged receivables with the accounting department
  • Experienced in budget and expense management.
  • Knowledgeable at tracking and maintaining up-to-date non-conforming hardware and non-conforming reports.
