Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated ServiceNow Lead Practice Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification, along with at least one additional main-line certification (such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA)).

The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, and guidelines for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow architecture and design processes.
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is required.
  • At least one additional main-line ServiceNow certification (CAD, CIS, CSA, etc.).
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proven track record of designing and leading complex ServiceNow implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and approaches.
