Job Opportunity: Sales Account Manager – RSD OUTDOOR (Ogden, Utah)

RSD OUTDOOR, a small but fast-growing company based in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in the outdoor sports market.

At RSD OUTDOOR, we specialize in cutting-edge thermal vision and hunting optics from Guide, as well as advanced observation and shooting optics from Kite Optics. Our mission is to provide outdoor enthusiasts with the best tools to elevate their experiences, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and excellence.
Position Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, playing a critical role in managing customer relationships and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Order Management: Processing orders, managing invoices, and ensuring smooth customer transactions.
- Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with customers across the southern U.S. through regular follow-ups and support.
- Trade Show Representation: Representing RSD OUTDOOR at trade shows and customer meetings to promote our products and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Dynamic Role Growth: As our company continues to expand, this role offers the potential for growth and development tailored to your skills and interests.
Key Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate About the Outdoors: Ideal candidates will have a background in hunting, shooting, or outdoor activities, with a genuine understanding of our customers' needs.
- Customer-Focused & Communicative: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage customers effectively through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Self-Motivated & Ready to Travel: Comfortable with occasional travel to visit clients and represent the company at industry events.
- Located in or Near Ogden, Utah: The role requires on-site work, with flexibility for one remote workday per week.

- Competitive Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
