LMK Recruiting is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and responsible Sales Representative for a growing small business. The company provides exterior building maintenance and painting services for residential, commercial and industrial clients that are located in Los Angeles, CA.
Job description:
- Research and qualify prospects, obtain contact information, potential needs in our services via Internet, social media, and cold calling
- Generate leads by direct communication with Decision Makers and learning their needs/problems (via in-person meetings, walk-ins, calls, etc.)
- Travel to visit properties (buildings, industrial facilities, houses, etc.) for a job walk to meet clients and collect important information for proposal preparation scope of work, project details, pictures, client’s expectations, potential project constrains and hazards.
- Communicate with Client’s representatives to collect important information, discover their needs and inform them about our company benefits and other services that might address future needs
- Follow-up and maintain relationships with allocated B2B accounts in order to generate new and recurring sales, get project feedback, and address any concerns or complaints
- Effectively input, update and maintain records in company CRM system (Hubspot) and Company Schedule.
- Process required paperwork including updating proposals, submitting vendor packets, contract documentation, registering on online vendor platforms
- Actively participate in weekly meeting, contributing to company growth and achievement of company goals, and regularly review and meet personal KPIs.
- Work closely with company management on developing better Estimate and Proposal System, processes, manuals, etc.
- Constantly self-educate and learn Best Sales Practices and Concepts, apply new knowledge at work and share with other team members. Participate in company education program by reading and reviewing relevant books, articles, etc.
Requirements:
- at least 2 year of verifiable experience in selling B2B services. (cold calls, visits, etc.)
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- good understanding and experience in work with computer, internet and applications (MS Office, Google Calendar, CRM, email, Google Maps etc.)
- ability to learn and get up to speed quickly
- ability to work independently and being self-accountable
- self-efficiency and time management skill
- ability to work in dynamic, small business environment
- positive attitude towards sales and communication with prospects and clients
- high level of confidence and energy
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in construction or contractors' type of business
- CRM system (Hubspot)
- Understanding drawings and building architecture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
