LHH is helping our client with their search for an Office Administrator in Lima, OH. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling meetings, to presentation prep to managing office supplies, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Our client is looking to bring on someone for a year long contract and may have the potential for permanently depending on performance and needs.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with meeting preparation, take meeting notes, and coordinate
  • Prepare reports, power point presentations and draft documents
  • Making sure both the kitchen and office supplies are properly ordered and stocked
  • File and sort documents


Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • At least 5 years of office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
