Our client, a thriving energy company in Middle Georgia, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct the programs, operations & services of their Finance Department which includes the Financial Systems, Accounting , Treasury Management, & Purchasing functions. Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum Bachelors in Business, Finance or Accounting
- At least 10 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable of the principles & practices of public finance, budgeting & accounting.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles & practices of computerized financial information management.
- Knowledge and understanding of economic trend forecasting & analysis techniques.
- Knowledge and understanding of auditing procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant federal & state laws.
- Knowledge and understanding of grant application & administration regulations
- Skilled in utilizing financial software programs
- Ability to be bonded and must maintain a valid Georgia Driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
This position comes with salary to $120k based on qualifications plus benefits.
