This in-demand position requires an energetic and strategic entrepreneur who will champion Viva Mas Live by Interticket (VML). As a Director of Brand Partnerships, you will use a consultative selling approach to build relationships with corporate brands and present our talent solution. At VML you will be rewarded with competitive compensation including commissions, opportunities for career growth, and a vibrant culture that celebrates achievement.
Responsibilities:
· Commitment to strategic selling/ consultative approach.
· Research/ learn assigned verticals, accounts, and contacts.
· Establish a consistent pipeline from daily outreach specifically calling over the phone and email to assigned brands.
· Prepare meetings using selling methodology.
· Present capabilities and identify the client’s needs.
· Schedule & run the required number of meetings to assigned brands and meet monthly goals.
· Meet monthly/ annual sales goals.
· Record all activity into our CRM system- HubSpot.
Qualifications:
· 5 years’ sales experience. Experience selling talent/ influencer programs including sponsorships/ activations.
· Exceptional phone and communication skills.
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
· Internet savvy & ability to learn quickly.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Track record of success.
· Preferred- Spanish Speaking.
· Preferred - College Degree & passion for Mexican American culture.
