LOCATION

This is a full-time, hybrid role, located in either New York City Metro Area or Fort Lauderdale, FL Metro Area.


Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to manage and grow our website leads program. This role requires excellent communication skills, research skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking. You will be responsible for managing consumer and retailer leads received via our website and social media channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer leads - Act as the key point of contact for consumer leads, connecting brides to their nearest retailer, and ensuring that the retailer has everything they need to successfully fulfill the brides’ requests in store.
  • Retailer leads - Intake new business requests and work with potential new stores to prequalify them for becoming a Morilee Authorized Retailer; present potential new accounts to management for approval; collaborate with Sales team to facilitate the opening of new accounts.
  • Analyze and report on program success, close rates, and opportunities for growth within both Consumer leads and Retailer leads programs.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven hands-on experience working directly with consumers in a Sales or Customer Experience role.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret and communicate digital data.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in the Bridal or Fashion industry is required.
