Key Responsibilities:


Community Management:


  • Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, board members, and HOA Messenger.


  • Communicate effectively with the Board and Community Members to address and resolve their HOA related concerns.


  • Coordinate and attend Board of Directors meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings as required.


  • Prepare and distribute board packets and post Agendas prior to scheduled Board Meetings. 



Financial Oversight:


  • Review monthly financial reports.


  • Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor monthly expenses.


  • Assist with document prep for yearly audits/taxes as needed.


Vendor and Maintenance Coordination:


  • Solicit vendor bids, present proposals to the board, and oversee contracted work.
  • Ensure vendors complete work according to the approved scope.


Compliance and Enforcement:


  • Perform periodic property inspections to verify maintenance and compliance with governing documents.


  • Issue violation letters and follow enforcement procedures up to and including hearings if necessary.


Technology Integration:


  • Provide feedback on technology tools to enhance their usability for HOA Managers.


Team Collaboration:


  • Work closely with assistant managers, accounting personnel, and other team members.


  • Utilize company collaboration tools to effectively work with team members, track action items, and support customers. 

  



Qualifications


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HOA management or property management.


  • Certifications such as CMCA are a plus. 


Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Word & Excel. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.

Other Requirements:


  • Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to drive to various properties for inspections and meetings.
  • Willingness to attend evening meetings as required.

Work Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • In-person position based out of the Chino Hills Office.
