A Unique opportunity for a remote role with limited travel responsibilities for a newly created role to support an entrepreneurial business owner with many ventures across the US. Executive is looking for an extremely motivated, detailed Executive Assistant who can be the right hand to help this person stay on top of all their business needs.


Benefits:

Responsibilities:


  • Heavy scheduling and calendar management
  • Time management
  • Private travel coordination (must have prior experience coordinating private travel)
  • Inbox management - he gets around 250 per day. 100 are important, 15 a day on average require a response
  • Answer communications
  • Invoicing
  • Updating agreements
  • Light personal work
  • Liaise with attorneys


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Must have experience supporting C level executive
  • Flexible for travel 1x a month (could be less)
