With over a decade of staffing excellence, we specialize in IT, healthcare, and professional roles, empowering both clients and candidates to grow together.Experience Level: 14 to 18 yearsKey Responsibilities:Lead the design development and deployment of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutionsTranslate business requirements into scalable secure and high-performance technical solutionsOversee the full development lifecycle including architecture coding testing and deploymentEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and governance modelsConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersClient Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholdersFacilitate regular onsite meetings workshops and technical deep dives with business and IT teamsTranslate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for nontechnical stakeholdersProactively manage client expectations scope and timelinesProvide strategic input to help clients optimize their Salesforce investmentProject DeliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects business analysts QA and DevOpsManage onsite delivery teams and coordinate with offshore counterpartsEnsure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks and dependenciesSupport UAT go live and post deployment activitiesQualifications:8 - 12 years of IT experience with at least 3 - 5 years in Salesforce B2B Commerce CloudStrong hands-on experience with Apex LWC Visualforce ISML JavaScript and NodejsDeep understanding of B2B commerce features account hierarchies contract pricing entitlements and order workflowsExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP OMS and payment gatewaysProven experience in leading onsite client engagements and managing stakeholder relationshipsSalesforce certifications such as B2B Commerce Specialist Platform Developer II or Application Architect preferredPreferred AttributesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clientsExperience working in Agile Scrum environmentsAbility to travel and work onsite at client locations as neededApply today or share profiles at hussain.m@smartitframe.com
