User Experience Designer Summary

The UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and seamless user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design user interfaces, and iterate on design solutions to deliver consistent and exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user personas, user journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide the design process.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Proficiency utilizing Figma Design System for design and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

In depth knowledge of Figma to design and prototype is required.
