Summary
Develop relationships with prospective clients, share with the prospective client our moving process, answer their questions, provide the prospective client with a quote, and have them schedule their move with us.
Position Requirements/Responsibilities
- You will reach out to clients at an assigned day and time to explain our moving process to them, answer their questions, provide a quote, and schedule their move with us.
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets within a set time frame.
- Set up sales transactions and close deals.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate new sales.
- Generate, Manage, and report sales data within our CRM.
- Work closely with appointment setters, customer service, operations, and other Move Pros.
Skills/Background Needed
- 1-2 years experience working in a sales role on the phone – inside sales experience.
- Must have good MS Office and CRM skills, preferably experience using Salesforce.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-orientated and extremely organized.
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and electronic video communication skills.
- Previous experience working in the transportation, trucking, or moving industry is highly desired.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma or a GED required.
