Senior Supervisor - Multifamily


We are partnered with a leading California GC who are specialists within Multi-family, Senior living and Student Housing. Currently sourcing a Senior Superintendent to join the team.


Immediate responsibilities

- 4 x timber frame buildings (4 floors each). One year left on the job. 360 total units. Total value @ $80million - San Bernardino.

- 178 units, all framed out & roofed, not yet at dry walling stage. 10–12 months remaining - Irvine.

Once these jobs are completed, you will be moved onto another project as close as possible to where you live.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Will have experience as a Construction Superintendent/Snr Super delivering Multi-Family Projects
  • Ideally, 10+ years experience of construction projects
  • An ability to understand architectural documentation
  • Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
  • Strong scheduling experience
