Associate-Acquisitions & Strategic Finance

Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing retail/consumer company seeking a corporate development associate to support its M&A initiatives in collaboration with FP&A and strategy teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent; MBA/CPA preferred.
2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting with a focus on Strategic Finance, preferably in Retail/e-commerce, Consumer, or Industrial sectors.
Key Skills:
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and support annual planning and forecasting processes.
Produce executive reporting, including performance and goal tracking.
Collaborate with senior management on business strategies.
Drive financial support for feasibility analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Compensation: Up to $135K base plus bonus.
