Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Lease Supervisor to join their team This position is fully remote in Birmingham, Alabama.


Duties:

  • Assist PMs with review of lease terms and alternate language where appropriate
  • Facilitate preparation of high lease cost justification early in the leasing process
  • Assure vendor performance meeting lease commitments
  • Perform leasing tasks on long lead time non-fixed price leases
  • Review completeness of lease summaries
  • Enforce Legal term requirements
  • Front review of leases and alternate language acceptance
  • Track status and completion of high volume of leases and provide reporting to Project Leads on status, corrections needed, etc.


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in telecom site development, with a strong focus on lease management
  • Proven expertise in managing telecom site leasing projects, including the ability to handle multiple leases, submittals, revisions, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Extensive experience with telecom project management platforms such as MagentaBuilt, Siterra, or similar tools, with the ability to navigate and optimize their use for efficient workflow management
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in telecom leasing, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery
