PulmOne Advanced Medical Devices Ltd is a medical device company with their US Service headquartered in Carrollton, TX. Our MiniBox+ is the first Complete Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) system with desktop, cabinless, and gasless plethysmography, as well as Spirometry and DLCO testing. The MiniBox+ is widely used by physicians across the USA and around the world, and has been clinically proven and extensively validated.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Biomedical Engineer at PulmOne. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for supporting product design, development, and testing of medical devices, such as the MiniBox+. This role includes performing troubleshooting, quality assurance testing, and on-site installation/training for the MiniBox+. The Biomedical Engineer will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and conducting routine maintenance on the MiniBox+ systems. This is not a remote job and requires domestic travel (40 - 60%) for on-site training and installations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance and repair of medical devices is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Field service experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related technical field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
