Overview


We seek a highly motivated and technically skilled HVAC Key Account Manager to spearhead sales for advanced commercial HVAC solutions in Los Angeles, CA. This role is pivotal in adopting cutting-edge HVAC technologies tailored for high-performance environments, including data centers, critical infrastructures, and large-scale commercial facilities. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with deep technical expertise in HVAC systems such as chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and energy-efficient technologies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies for advanced commercial HVAC systems, focusing on mission-critical environments like data centers and large commercial operations.
  • Provide in-depth technical guidance to clients, customizing HVAC solutions to meet their operational and performance goals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts by delivering exceptional support, project insights, and tailored system recommendations.
  • Conduct compelling technical presentations to showcase the value of HVAC systems and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of HVAC installations and successful project outcomes.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
  • Extensive background in sales engineering, particularly within complex commercial HVAC systems serving data centers, critical infrastructure, or similar high-demand environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC technologies, including chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and innovative energy-efficient systems.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A stable and local work history reflecting a commitment to the region and the industry.
