Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Conduct outreach calls to members to assist with care plan follow-ups, resource coordination, appointment scheduling, and general inquiriesProvide education and guidance to members and caregivers regarding program processes, available services, and next stepsSupport members by connecting them with community resources and health plan services to promote high-quality care experiencesAddress member and provider inquiries, explain procedures and protocols, and escalate issues when necessaryPerform onboarding and administrative tasks such as sending welcome packets, educational materials, and other correspondenceMaintain and update non-clinical member records in accordance with current policies and regulatory guidelinesUse knowledge of available benefits, local programs, and social resources to make appropriate referrals for Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needsParticipate in team huddles, meetings, and training sessions as requiredMeet daily performance metrics and comply with all organizational policies and standardsPerform other duties as assignedKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills; Proficient in English and Spanish both .At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or medical .Experience with appointment scheduling .Should be comfortable for onsite training in McAllenHigh School diploma or GED required1–2 years of related experience requiredExperience in high-volume inbound and outbound calling is strongly preferredAppointment scheduling experienceBilingual (Spanish)Proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of healthcare processes or medical experienceOur client is a leading Healthcare Insurance Company Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
