Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

This position is geared towards a seasoned professional with extensive IT project management experience, particularly in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like Oracle, and experience working in high-stakes industries like telecommunications or real estate.


Location: Hybrid (Westborough, MA or Woburn, MA)


Job Responsibilities:

IT Portfolio Management: Collaborate with both IT and business unit leaders.

Project Planning: Oversee and plan the lifecycle of IT projects from inception to implementation.

Coordination: Work cross-functionally to scope and develop business cases, manage project timelines, and ensure that all phases are completed within budget and on time.

Resource Management: Assign personnel, identify required methods and tools, and manage personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

Leadership: Provide leadership and motivation to project team members, escalate issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare status reports and project summaries for management and stakeholders, including addressing any project risks or issues.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is strongly preferred.

7+ years of IT project management experience, including managing IT projects.

ERP Experience: Experience with Oracle and major ERP projects is highly desired.

Industry Experience: Experience in the Tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and report effectively to various stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel: Approximately 10% travel may be required.


Additional Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business or Management is preferred.

Ability to collaborate with different functional groups and employees at various levels.

Customer Satisfaction: Conduct surveys to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Skills & Expertise:

Advanced project management skills with experience in Oracle ERP systems.

Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Ability to oversee IT projects, keeping them on track and addressing any roadblocks as they arise.

Leadership capabilities to manage teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
