  • Develop and implement both internal and external communication strategies aligned with the Client's brand, values, and goals.
  • Evaluate and authorize change requests, coordinating with necessary parties to ensure controlled and minimal disruption.
  • Manage emergency changes to minimize incidents and ensure secure implementation.
  • Maintain a tracking and reporting system for changes, documenting rejected changes and communicating the status of approved changes.
  • Develop strategic communication plans, including creating and managing a communication calendar.
  • Produce high-quality content for various platforms and maintain strong media relations to secure positive coverage.
  • Implement internal communication plans to keep employees informed, collaborating with HR and other departments.
  • Prepare and execute crisis communication plans and manage communication aspects of city events.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Requires a college diploma or university degree in computer science, systems administration, and/or communications.
