About the Role - Exceptional People Skills are required in this position to manage the multi-generational team. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities, this role will be responsible for managing a team of 30 Maintenance Techs with a scope of 41 buildings including Administrative and Student Dorms.
Responsibilities - Responsible for the buildings, including space planning, layout, maintenance, janitorial, building security, and mail services.
- Basic Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic Management Experience - 3 years
- Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
Required Skills - You'll need to have experience with boilers. Experience in managing large complex properties, managing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, and Repair maintenance technicians. 3 years of Management experience. 3 years of Functional experience.
