The Opportunity:

As Fresh Technology’s Marketing Manager, you’ll own and execute our marketing strategy to accelerate growth across key channels: SEO, Google Ads, content, and more. Working closely with our COO and senior leadership, you’ll bring a data-driven approach to drive customer acquisition and engagement for Fresh KDS—our industry-leading tablet-based kitchen display system. We’re looking for a dynamic marketer eager to make a meaningful impact on Fresh KDS’s growth and customer experience in the restaurant technology space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of Fresh KDS’s marketing strategy
  • Gain deep insights into our customers’ buying behaviors and adapt campaigns to maximize reach and impact
  • Own all aspects of customer acquisition, including channel performance, growth targets, and ROI
  • Build and manage relationships with marketing contractors, vendors, and agencies as needed


Must-Haves in a Candidate:

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth, product-led environment
  • Passion for customer-centric marketing and proven ability to drive user engagement
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
  • A growth mindset with a high attention to detail and a willingness to dive into projects
  • Proven experience in using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions
  • Alignment with Fresh Technology’s mission and core values


Nice to Haves in a Candidate:

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, or agencies


Details:

This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation, including performance bonuses, stock options, and top-tier benefits. While we prefer in-person candidates in Nashville, TN, we may consider remote candidates based on experience and fit. No agencies or part-time applicants, please.
