Role Description
This is a full-time role in The Virginia Beach, Virginia territory for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- - 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside HUNTER sales experience, preferably in the janitorial, cleaning, or related industry.
- - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- - Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions and value propositions.
- - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
COMPENSATION: **High Income Potential:**
We are currently seeking highly motivated 1099 sales professionals who have access to key decision makers. We offer a very competitive compensation package, including an uncapped commission structure and the potential to earn free trips.
