What You’ll Do:
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing recruiting team.
• Develop, implement, and oversee training programs to develop leaders.
• Create and manage strategies that keep our hiring pipeline full and fast.
• Drive a high-energy, results-oriented HR function that aligns with our aggressive growth goals.
• Partner with department heads to understand needs and align talent strategy.
• Roll up your sleeves to tackle HR challenges and keep things moving smoothly.
