Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Public Relations Specialist at Carbonara Group. The Senior Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations campaigns, media relations, client relations and account management, writing, social media and other content creation projects. This role is based in Houston, TX, with a weekly hybrid schedule. Competitive salary, benefits package including healthcare, retirement savings match.


Qualifications

  • Press Releases and Public Relations skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of public relations or media experience, PR agency experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and media relations skills
  • Experience developing communications strategy
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, Journalism, or related field required
  • PR experience in healthcare, real estate or nonprofit industries a plus
