Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex product implementations and software delivery across multiple teams through all project phases, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, engineering teams, QA, and vendors throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to define scope, gather requirements, and identify the best product-fit solutions, becoming a subject matter expert on our client’s platforms and offerings.
  • Contribute to and manage the creation of statements of work, proposals, quotes, estimates, and project budgets.
  • Track project expenditures, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, release notes, training materials, and communication artifacts.
  • Facilitate Agile workflows, including Sprint planning and execution, while aligning resources and priorities with management.
  • Monitor and manage all deliverables against project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Establish and execute communication plans, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, integrators, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee vendor and third-party work streams, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration with client and vendor project managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for software development, system integrations, certifications, quality assurance, and production deployment.
  • Recommend and implement internal process, policy, and quality improvements.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and proactive communication.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
  • Travel up to 15-20%, primarily within the U.S.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE II, Scrum Master, or relevant courses in Ethics, Communication, or Management.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong skills in translating requirements into actionable tasks and implementation plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Eagerness to learn the technical and user perspectives of our client’s platform and services.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, Lucid Charts, Confluence, and Agile tools like Jira or DevOps.
  • Local to the Philadelphia area preferred.


Required Experience:

  • 3–5+ years managing software development IT projects across diverse teams.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in managing concurrent workstreams in dynamic environments.
  • Experience engaging with external stakeholders, SMEs, and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-level and Agile projects.
  • Experience translating business processes into actionable deliverables, including facilitating JAD sessions.
  • Background in the payments or financial services industry (preferred).
  • Hands-on coding or QA experience (a plus).
