Our Client is a well-established furniture wholesaler with nearly 30 years in the industry, specializing in furnishing offices, medical facilities, and educational spaces nationwide. They are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to spearhead sales initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and contribute to the company’s continued success in the furniture market.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve set goals and targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and maintain profitability.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture potential customers.
- Manage key accounts and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and provide forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated on new products and industry trends.
- Contribute to decisions regarding expansion or acquisition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and account management.
- Demonstrated success in furniture sales and market understanding.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
