These multiple businesses offer products and services that are not found under one roof anywhere else placing them in a unique position to disrupt some industry standards. 


This vision has been widely sought after by an already extensive customer base lending further validity to this model being overlooked or unachievable by the rest of the industry. New websites are built but the tweaking to achieve the desired SEO and PPC results are the next step. This is where you come in. 


We believe strongly that we can provide our customers a better experience from inception of purchase, to implementation on site to critical support and customer service lending itself to continual growth and years of repeat business. 


As part of that vision, we’re looking for a creative and data-driven marketer to help us scale our growth on digital marketing channels for these brands This individual will be tasked (contract with potential for FTE based on goal achievement) with optimizing performance for some of our key businesses including web marketing, content, email campaigns and social media.


You should be comfortable with optimizing budgets across multiple channels and delivering clear CAC and ROAS targets. You will succeed if you are skilled at evaluating signals from multiple platforms and be able to identify trends by looking at attribution and site analytics tools to understand the underlying marketing drivers of business performance. In addition, curiosity, an analytical mentality, and a can-do attitude will also be key to success in this role Above all, you should be self-motivated without requiring intense management and enjoy the culture of a smaller business office community. We believe a positive office culture is critical to our success. 


WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERYDAY:

  • Jump right into a partially started web marketing campaign and optimize traffic to unlock the key to conversion and better economics for internet plans. 
  • Analyze fluctuations in performance and cross-channel data to identify factors driving impact to channels and the business in order to take performance to the next level.
  • Establish and execute a cross marketing campaigns via email, etc. for captured contacts and customers. 
  • Build, upload, and launch new campaigns/ads for paid search, SEO and display across multiple ad platforms. Ensure everything is aligned with quality assurance guidelines.
  • Optimize media campaigns on core channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for our internet service, including identifying target customers, creating inbound marketing campaigns, outbound campaigns on social media and email, and managing and optimizing the entire sales pipeline.
  • Work with your manager (owner) 2-3 times per week to review progress and discuss goals. Liaise with internal creative person to collaborate on content often/as needed. Work together to or individually to hypothesize creative tests, produce creative briefs, and generate top-performing ad ideas.       

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 1-2+ years of high-performance experience working on creative marketing teams and growth initiatives, ideally in DTC/e-Commerce web marketing. 
  • Experience in some combination of paid social and paid search (Plus: influencers, affiliates, SEO, or display)
  • Analytical mentality and hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Looker or any other data tool to produce reports. Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and self-motivate. 
  • Passion for the brands and the mission of changing the way our industry and customers perceive associated products and services.
