Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Entry Level Sales Manager at Globe Life American Income Division: Moore-Sodan Organization. The role will be primarily located in Colorado Springs, CO, but offers flexibility for remote work. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, and implementing strategies to achieve them. You will also be involved in direct life insurance sales as well as building your own business from union networks. As a Sales Manager you will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to your team throughout the sales process.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Haitian-Creole, Chinese, & Vietnamese)
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
