Employee Benefits Sales Executive

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a high-performing team focused on growth and revenue generation. This role is essential in developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with retail brokers. The ideal candidate will manage and advise brokers using a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships by understanding broker needs through education and advisory support.
- Collaborate with brokers to create insurance solutions tailored to their clients.
- Utilize a variety of communication methods, including in-person visits, presentations, and digital channels, to cultivate relationships.
- Leverage company tools and technology (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance broker relationships and drive sales.
- Create and implement territory/account plans focusing on opportunity development, competitive strategies and territory growth
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet annual sales goals and organizational objectives.
- Consult with brokers and carriers to provide necessary underwriting information.
- Current Life & Health insurance license.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in group medical or ancillary insurance.
- Understanding of ACA and local insurance markets.
- Willingness to travel for training and conferences.
