Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist at You Matter Counseling Services. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, performing assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing case management services. The therapist will work closely with clients to address their mental health needs and support their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • Treatment Planning, Social Work, and Case Management skills
  • Experience in providing mental health services
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and modalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in family therapy is a plus
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist
