Options Medical Weight Loss is the nation’s premier weight loss clinic, offering several different prescription and non-prescription programs, which we customize to meet the needs of each individual patient. This is a new role within our People Team that will play a critical role in developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our purpose and vision. The Director, Talent Management will be responsible for enterprise-level design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of processes related to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Associate Retention, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.


Position Responsibilities


Full-Cycle Recruiting

Lead the end-to-end recruitment efforts for Clinic Associates, Medical Providers, and the Clinic Leadership Team.

Build recruiter capability through coaching, goal setting, regular performance conversations and development plans.

Operate as talent acquisition subject matter expert on recruiting practices; ensure adherence to local compliance standards.

Use compliant data / analytics, market knowledge, and labor trends to drive hiring decisions.

Train new hiring managers in the talent acquisition process and ensure progress integrity is maintained.

Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in processes and technology, seeking out areas to optimize existing processes and tools.

Oversees continuous improvement of applicant tracking system (ATS).


Talent Management and Succession

Develop and implement enterprise-level talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing associates.

Create and maintain the talent management framework, including performance management, employee development, career pathways, and succession planning.

Identify data needs and metrics on overall talent health; suggest actions and influence decisions based on data insights.


Talent Program Support

You will come with


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; SHRM, HRCI or other relevant HR certification strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within a variety of disciplines, levels of leadership and geographies across the US.
  • 1-2 years in a lead or manager role having performance accountability for recruiters and coordinators.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and plans.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition, such as applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruitment tools.
  • Expertise in building and enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent strategies.
  • Ability to consult, influence, and gain alignment with leadership on proactive hiring plans for a region or business unit.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and work with confidential or protected information.
  • Exhibits high emotional IQ.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
