What You Will Be Doing

Our Shift Manager will oversee all production in our plastics manufacturing plant; strategic planning, budgeting, training and development, on time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

What You Need for this Position

  • 4+ year's as a Shift Manager or Supervisor
  • Plastics Injection Molding - Tier 1 Automotive Supply
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • experience with training and development
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Competitive Base of $55k - $75k
  • Full Benefits package; Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401k plan w/matching
  • Generous PTO
