Temp Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will provide essential support to our legal team, primarily focusing on litigation matters.
- Pay $35-$36 per hour, Perm 80K
Responsibilities:
- Organize and file documents on iManage.
- Prepare witness binders.
- Handle document production and printing.
- Assist with depositions.
- Support filings and other legal tasks.
- Calendar management and scheduling.
- Collaborate with senior paralegals and administrative staff.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with calendaring software.
- Familiarity with iManage.
Work Requirements:
- 4 days onsite New York, NY.
- 1 day remote work.
- Flexible work hours, typically 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Ability to work remotely during holidays (e.g., between Christmas and New Year's).
