  • Track and maintain accurate records of space availability across offices, workstations, hoteling seats, and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate staff moves and department restacks to ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Facilitate new hire setup by organizing seating assignments, equipment allocation, and account access.
  • Manage requests for hardware, software, market data, and voice equipment, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular building audits to verify employee locations and room configurations, updating the space database as necessary.
