We provide a wide range of tablecloths, overlays, napkins, and other linen items to complete any table or room design. We also offer personalized custom manufacturing and design services to meet specific needs.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Consultant located in Orlando, FL. As an Event Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks

Answers phones, taking orders via phone, email. Assisting clients with picking out their rental table linens. Working with scheduled appointments in showroom. Assisting with customer pick-ups. Support of sales member in office.

Event Consultant Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

· Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.

· Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.

· Works closely with accounting department to make sure we have proper payment procedures in place.

· Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

· Make sure inventory levels can accommodate the order.

· Make sure all departments are aware of last minute orders.

· Follow up with all proposals in a timely manner

· Other projects and training will be given as time goes on.
