ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the organic social media strategy for our clients. You will be part of a growing team of creatives and strategists, developing and managing social content strategies that align with clients' broader business goals. In this role, you'll work across multiple platforms, manage influencer and ambassador programs, and ensure cohesive collaboration across various teams and agencies.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of organic social media strategies that align with key business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners (e.g., Paid Media, SEO, Community Management) to ensure integrated social media campaigns.
- Manage quarterly content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee the planning and execution of influencer and ambassador programs, including managing relationships and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Implement community engagement strategies, including proactive outreach, social listening, and participation in relevant conversations.
- Optimize social media platforms and ensure profiles are updated and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate on the creation of video content, including managing video production, edits, and social adaptations.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement of social strategies.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive innovation in organic social content.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of organic social strategies.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and understanding platform-specific content strategies.
- Proven experience with influencer and ambassador program management.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines and working with internal/external partners.
- Familiarity with social media tools such as Sprinklr, or other analytics and listening platforms.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and video editing oversight skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.
