Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our innovative manufacturing team in Milford, OH. Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machinery to remove burrs and ensure the precision of 3D-printed metal parts.

- Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to support new product development and process optimization.

- Inspect and measure finished parts to maintain strict quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed to achieve optimal performance.

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on CNC machines to ensure operational efficiency.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.

- Familiarity with 3D-printed metal parts and post-processing techniques.

- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and ability to read technical drawings.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Willingness to start immediately and contribute proactively to new projects.
