FORCE America, Inc. is looking to fill an opening for a Mechanical/Hydraulic Assembly Technician. This role, located Onsite at our Brookfield, WI location will assist with assembling product line for the Mobile Hydraulic market. The candidate will assemble, disassemble and repair specific product lines. To perform the job successfully, the Assembly Technician should have basic mechanical skills and will gain basic product knowledge, an understanding of production procedures, and ability to use common hand and power tools.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assemble fundamental components in accordance to the work instructions utilizing a combination of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Assemble entry-level products to meet established standards for quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specifications.
- Communicate with appropriate parties in relation to expedited orders, component quality issues, inventory records, etc.
- Participate in the implementation of process improvements.
- Participate in maintaining and suggesting safety practices and procedures.
- Maintain an orderly work environment.
- Maintain system accuracy and record transactions in ERP operating system.
- Participate as a team member to achieve goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 1 year of relevant work experience, preferred.
· Mechanical aptitude.
· Familiarity with hand and power tools.
· Strong sense of urgency and basic ability to prioritize in order to meet the expectations of the customer.
· Detail oriented to provide the highest level of quality.
