Titus Transport is seeking a Regional Transportation Manager. You will be assigned some existing terminals and work to grow potential Start-up up business as well. You will perfect and grow the business, by providing world class service to our customer, earning their trust and loyalty. Maintaining that foundation and building for the future of your account and the Company.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has transportation supervision and management experience, preferably overseeing multiple business units in the dedicated and and grocery sector
  • Is driven to meet and exceed customer, company, and personal goals
  • Has a High Degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to remain Fair, Firm, and Flexible
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced and Ever changing environment with changing priorities
  • Is committed to championing a positive work place and is capable of leading by setting that example.

The Position:

  • Interfaces daily with terminal managers, customer representatives, and Titus senior leadership
  • Establishes performance, safety, and cultural standards for each terminal and maintains accountability
  • Has ownership over terminal fiscal reports, equipment utilization reports, safety reporting and audits
  • Executes and oversees ongoing training and development of terminal managers, team members, and drivers
  • Will encourage participation in driver appreciation programs and work to build Titus cultural brand at every terminal
  • Requires frequent travel to all terminal locations and startups for training, customer meetings, driver appreciation events, and other functions ad hoc

  • Keep a close eye on market trends and feedback from customers that could have positive or negative impact on your team
  • Management of a P/L statement minimizing fixed costs, maximizing equipment utilization and planning for the variables
  • Develop forecasting for future periods and take a strategic position in understanding customer needs
