We are partnered with the nation's fastest growing Insurance enrollment company in the marketplace Their mission is to help clients save time and money while shopping the insurance marketplace. Backed by the Bain Capital, they have built relationships with top carriers including; Ambetter, CareSource, Anthem, Oscar, Aetna, and Molina.

As a Member Services Representative you will support members after they have been enrolled in their new health insurance plan. This role will include answering questions regarding their plans and regular check-ins to ensure they are understanding and taking advantage of their coverage. We are looking for individuals with customer service experience as well as an active health insurance license.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to commute into the Clearwater office daily
  • Minimum of 1 year of insurance customer service or Insurance experience required
  • Active Health Insurance License required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with both consumers and co-workers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Members with welcome follow-up and support, changes, or inquiries
  • Perform monthly check-in calls to new members
  • Guide consumers through the health insurance questions and serve as an expert for health insurance enrollments
  • Meet set personal and team performance and sales goals
  • Continue to increase your insurance expertise by completing training and insights
