Description:

The Product Data Analyst will act as a trusted partner for mid and senior leadership by delivering data-driven recommendations that will influence long-term strategy and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.


Skills Required:

  • Multichannel Digital Engagement Analysis - Provide comprehensive insights into multichannel digital engagement (Web, App, TV), content consumption patterns, and retention metrics. Identify growth opportunities and guided resource allocation strategies to optimize digital platforms for user engagement and monetization.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting - Develop automated and ad-hoc reporting dashboards using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Looker, and Adobe Analytics, serving the needs of multiple business units across the organization. Deliver clear, actionable insights by transforming complex data into intuitive visualizations for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics - Leverage machine learning techniques to create user segmentation models for each platform, facilitating tailored marketing strategies and enhanced user experience.
  • Strong communication skills and client/stakeholder management
  • Digital Product and Web Analytics preferably in Sports or Entertainment
  • Preferred experience in Adobe Analytics, directly worked on digital products and have familiarity with how Adobe data works
  • Experience in troubleshooting data or working with dirty/inaccurate data
  • Data diagnostics, Data cleansing, Data transformation
  • SQL, GCP, Looker, Python, Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in professional sports organizations preferred
