If you’re a student RBT, we offer a comprehensive curriculum and visual analysis to help guide your student hours and ensure you’re acquiring your hours in a structured and meaningful way. Join our team and be a part of something meaningful and fulfilling.

 

Location: In-clinic clinic

Job Type: Full-time or part-time


Responsibilities:

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes or at our clients clinic. You will collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans using data collection software, such as Central Reach, and provide hands-on, direct care while adhering to the principles of ABA.

You’ll need to follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by our client. Additionally, you’ll maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices on and off the job.

Clear and effective communication with clients, families, and colleagues is crucial, both orally and in writing. You’ll provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals, attend meetings, and participate in career training and workshops to stay up to date and expand your knowledge.
