Role and responsibilities:

  • Pro-active planning with Sales & Account teams – EE, EN, NN Focus on accounts & TAL for shaping large deal opportunities, and start engaging in thought partnership with clients to influence
  • Large Pursuit Solutions & Deal Shaping – Large pursuits solution construct, Value proposition, Client context, analysis, trends, forming the WHY leading to Key Solves, WHAT (Solution Themes addressing the solves & HOW – The Operating model and shaping the journey to target state. Across Managed Service Annuity deals, ADM, and Specialized transformations – Cloud migration, modernization, GenAi etc. Engage with practice SMEs, Service Lines, Delivery teams to bring together differentiated solution
  • Client Connect & Thought Leadership – Connect with clients, engage to seed ideas, incubate deals with solution ideas, transformations, and unique approaches.
  • Drive strategic pursuits with technology leadership - Large Deal/ pursuit solutions construct & technology direction across multiple technology practices, come up with innovative ways to position based on the client context.
  • Analyst Connect & Influence – Engage with analysts to position & leverage for pursuits
  • Deal Advisor Connect & Influence – Engage & influence large deals solutions with right positioning with deal advisors to influence and convert

Must Have:

  1. Technology Breath – Technology breath and understanding to engage, challenge and get the best from Service line SMEs and also to validate the right technology solution for the clients for their solves. Understand various solution leveraging cloud, data, Ai, fullstack and different Ways of working models like Agile, Pods etc.
  2. Consulting Mindset – Good communicator & Articulation skills, bringing solution constructs & concepts to life. Should be client facing and drive discussions. Ability to be creative and bring differentiated solutions.
  3. Collaboration - Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues, management and all points of the organization.

Pay Range:

Base Salary: $180,000 to 250,000
