The Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind STC’s talent acquisition efforts. You'll play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting high-quality candidates, ensuring each candidate feels valued and welcomed from initial outreach through onboarding. In this fast-moving and high-performing team, you’ll bring your bilingual skills and expertise in recruitment to help us build a safer future.


What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Actively identify and engage top talent through targeted sourcing strategies, networking, and referrals, creating a strong candidate pool.
  • Interview Coordination: Seamlessly manage interview scheduling and communications, ensuring professional and timely interactions.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep candidate pipelines organized and efficient, tracking progress at every hiring stage.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the onboarding process, from document preparation to training setup, fostering a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate journey with clear, respectful communication at every step.
  • Bilingual Communication: Facilitate bilingual interactions, enhancing our ability to connect with diverse talent.
  • Data Tracking & Insights: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, sharing insights to refine and enhance our hiring processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, with solid recruitment lifecycle knowledge.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using ATS, scheduling tools, and ideally HRIS systems.
