Procurement Attorney

The US Department of Veterans Affairs-Office of General Counsel (OGC) Procurement Law Group is seeking an Attorney to join their team in Eatontown NJ.

GS 11-14 Depending on Experience

Hybrid (1-3) days in office per week

OGC's Procurement Law Group manages Government Supply and Service Contracts, Sharing

Agreements, Bid Protest Litigation, Information Technology Contracts, and

Debarment and Suspension.

This position's practice area is strictly Procurement Law; dealing with Pre and Post Award Contract Matters and disputes.

We are seeking Attorneys with:

• Experience in Federal Procurement law
• Experience in Federal Contract law
• Recent litigation experience – civil or criminal
• Experience drafting briefs, drafting motions, answering discovery, appearing before administrative/judicial forums
• Experience appearing before the Government Accountability Office, the Boards of Contract Appeals and/or federal courts
• Experience with Intellectual Property and Software licensing
