Position Overview: The Order Processing Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders from our distributors. This is a behind-the-scenes administrative role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process incoming orders from distributors.
  • Verify order details and ensure all information is complete and correct.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and track their status.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Assist with inventory management and reporting.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or order processing role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
