Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments
  • Work closely with CEO on assigned projects
  • Provide administrative support to sales and marketing team
  • Monthly analysis of key partners sales and stock
  • Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information (monthly updates, out of stock items)
  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
  • Research, outreach and actively travel to new perspective clients
  • Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions or seminars
  • Maintain and manage showroom and sample line


Qualifications

  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
  • Advanced computer skills- proficiency in excel - able to create and maintain spreadsheets, perform data analysis and generate reports.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field preferred.
